Every counter is the express lane
At an airport or a theme park, an express lane is a second queue for people who paid extra. Someone else's wait gets longer so that yours gets shorter, and the venue sells the difference as a product.
That is the wrong model for a stadium bar. Getting your drink quickly is not a premium feature. It is what every guest thought they were getting when they walked through the turnstile.
So QuickServe does not add a lane. It turns every counter you already have into one. Any counter can serve a QuickServe pickup, because a pickup is only a scan and a handover. No separate hardware queue, no roped off section, no tier, and nothing to sell your own supporters back to them.
The normal queue does not go anywhere
This is the first thing venues ask about, so to be direct: nothing is taken away.
Guests who want to walk up and order at the bar the way they always have can still do exactly that. Your POS keeps running. Your staff keep taking card and cash at the counter. The till remains your system of record. QuickServe runs alongside it. We are not a POS replacement and we have never asked a venue to become one.
The people who never use it still get served faster
Every guest who orders from their seat is one fewer body standing in the line. So the queue gets shorter for the people still in it, including the ones who will never scan anything.
That is the part venues tend to underestimate. You are not choosing between two groups of guests. You are taking pressure off a fixed number of counters, and everyone standing in front of them benefits from it.
Capacity you already have, used properly
An express lane in the traditional sense costs you something. Space, staff, or a separate till.
This costs you none of those. It uses the counters, the staff and the layout you already have on a matchday, and changes what happens in the fifteen seconds a guest spends standing in front of them.
See it running
Fifteen minutes on a screen share is a better explanation than any page. We will run through your venue, your sections and your bars.
